Pointed tracks the prices of the flights you've booked. When prices drop on your booked flights after you've already paid for them, we monitor for the price drop and get you flight credits automatically for the price difference.

If you've booked a refundable flight, or if the price drops within the first 24 hours, we can help you get money back directly instead of flight credit.

Flight prices change a shocking amount, more than flight search engines would suggest.

We've seen prices on flights we've monitored often change a few times a week, sometimes multiple times a day.

Scanning in your flight emails is a critical part of how Pointed works: as soon as you buy a flight, we check which flight you purchased, what class of seat you're flying, and how much you paid at time of purchase. We immediately begin monitoring your purchased flight so that if and when the price drops, we can reach out to the airline and save you flight credit for the price difference.

We don't scan any other emails in your inbox. Instead of storing entire emails, we only extract and store necessary details from your flight emails.

Choose which emails we scan and flights we track from Settings. Disconnect your Gmail account from Pointed in one click.

Pointed is completely free to start. We only charge you when we save you money.

When we save you money on one of your flights, we'll charge you 25% of what we save you. So for example, if we save you a $100 flight credit on your flight, we'll charge you $25. We want to make sure we create much more value for our customers than they pay for.

For now, Pointed is invite-only – we'll open up to a wider audience soon!

Flights compatible with Pointed are any flights purchased with money or points that are Main Cabin/Regular Economy on the following airlines:

• American (AA)
• Alaska (AS)
• Delta (DL)
• JetBlue (B6)
• United (UA)

Basic Economy or basic economy equivalents (JetBlue's Blue Basic, Alaska's Saver) are not compatible with Pointed.

Google Flights and Skyscanner lack the core capabilities of Pointed, namely:
